From Check-Ups to Work-Outs, We’ve Got You Covered
At A-Aaccess, we know that a good job involves more than a paycheck. Our comprehensive benefits package, summarized below, will give you peace of mind and grow with you during your tenure with us.
Health Insurance
After completion of a 90-day waiting period, employees scheduled 40 or more hours per week will be entitled to health and dental insurance, with A-AAccess covering a portion of the cost of employee medical insurance premiums. A-AAccess will cover 60% of the cost of employee-only medical insurance premiums initially; the A-AAccess portion covered will increase over time.
Health Club Membership
All personnel, regardless of part-time or full-time status, are eligible for a reimbursement of their health club membership at LA Fitness. Employees are responsible for the registration fee and the last month's fee. A-AAccess will reimburse the employee on a monthly basis for the membership fee during tenure.
Paid Time Off
All full-time staff members will accrue paid time off (PTO) at a rate of 14 days per year beginning at the satisfactory completion of a 90-day introductory period. PTO hours are to include vacation, sick leave, and all other forms of personal leave. After 3 years of employment with A-AAccess, employees will accrue an additional 5 days of PTO. After 4 years of employment, employees will accrue an additional 5 days. After the completion of 5 years with A-AAccess, employees accrue another additional 5 days.
Company Holidays
Full-time employees receive pay for the following traditionally observed company holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
- Anniversary of A-AAccess hire date
A-AAccess will be closed yearly from Christmas through New Year’s Day. This week off will include two paid holidays, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Employees must use either accrued PTO hours or take unpaid time off for all other days during which the office is closed.
