The Hiring Process All resumes submitted to A-AAccess Online Payment Systems are reviewed by our HR team and kept on file for six months. Candidates whose background and skills closely align with current needs will be contacted for an initial phone interview. Candidates may then be invited to participate in one or more in-person interviews, as well as to take sales or other skills aptitude tests.
